A Question...
What would you think if you saw your boss who happens to be a millionaire walk in to the company lunchroom and start scrounging around in the frig looking for food? Other people's food. I witnessed this yesterday and I wasn't the only employee in the lunch room at the time. Neither of us said anything until after he left, empty handed, but we were both shocked and amazed. I've seen him do this once before and I couldn't believe my eyes back then either. My co-worker was equally astounded by the boss's audacity and lack of respect for the people that work here. The look on his face was priceless. His comment was "That shows you something doesn't it?" Yeah, it sure does. Our company has the worst morale due to the lack of management and concern for its employees. I get the feeling that the boss looks at us as if we were ants, below him and not worth notice. We have employees that have been here for three years or more without raises, yet the company grows in profit every year. The boss seems like a nice enough person but I think he is seriously lacking in the personality department. It's sad really because he has some great people working for him and they deserve so much more than what they get here.
